You will have exclusive access to an apartment with an area of approximately 55 sqm, located on the first floor, consisting of a spacious living room connected to a dining area and kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The spacious and sunny kitchen will provide you with pleasant and comfortable conditions for meal preparation.
And the dining area? It is the place where family dinners and evenings with friends, accompanied by good wine, will become even more enjoyable. A large table for 4 people and comfortable chairs will create a wonderful setting for meals.

The bedroom is bright and spacious, providing you with pleasant and comfortable conditions for rest.
Inside, you will find a comfortable double bed measuring 160×200 cm, which can be easily separated into 2 single beds measuring 80×200 cm each.
The bedroom is equipped with clean and fresh bedding, ensuring a comfortable sleep.
There is also a wardrobe available to store all your belongings, as well as 2 bedside tables and reading lamps for relaxation and rest before sleep.
The view of the garden, balcony access, and a comfortable bed are the biggest advantages of this cozy bedroom. And to top it off, peace and quiet. What more could you ask for?

It is a calm and quiet district, perfect for those seeking relaxation and rest, but at the same time very well connected to the center of Gdynia.
Due to the proximity of a long sandy beach, Oksywie is a very popular holiday destination for tourists from Poland and around the world.

Very nicely decorated and perfectly clean apartment. Bright and spacious. Everything is new and undamaged. Nice welcome with chocolates and water. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to the beach, along the way there are several ice cream stands and fish fry places. For this quality and price, it is a very good choice for both short and long trips to the Tricity.
